"Los Complicados is a high-energy, bilingual (Spanish/English) improv ensemble that brings bold, heart-centered comedy to the stage through the lens of the Latine experience. The troupe is the first Latino improv ensemble in Pennsylvania, using improvisation as a tool for cultural reclamation, connection, and collective joy.
Their fast-paced, ensemble-driven performances explore identity, career, love, familia, cultural fusion, and the everyday hilarity of being Latine in the U.S. Blending monologue-inspired storytelling with interactive improv, Los Complicados creates a shared experience that is both hilarious and deeply resonant—where laughter becomes a bridge across language and lived experience.
The ensemble has been featured on Good Day PA, WGAL/MSNBC, The Burg, and La Voz Latina, and performs regularly at theaters, festivals, and community events. In September 2025, they performed alongside Tito Puente Jr. during a Hispanic Heritage Month celebration with the Latino Hispanic American Community Center (LACC) in Harrisburg, PA, an electric collaboration highlighting their commitment to cultural celebration and high-impact performance.
Whether on stage at a theater or energizing a conference room, Los Complicados delivers dynamic, inclusive, audience-engaged comedy that honors storytelling, representation, and the joy of coming together through laughter."
